Terms of Service

By accessing bnrplus.com or using any BNR Plus service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

BNR Plus provides a digital marketing platform for the home renovation industry, including:

• Website creation and management tools
• Branded mobile application services
• Marketing consulting and strategy services
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Multi-location management tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. BNR Plus is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use due to your failure to protect your credentials.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified in your order. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable laws
• Upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Resell or sublicense the service without our written consent
• Use the platform to engage in deceptive trade practices

BNR Plus retains all rights to its platform, technology, and brand assets. Content you create using our tools remains yours. By using our service, you grant BNR Plus a limited licence to use your content solely to provide and improve the service. You may not reproduce or redistribute BNR Plus's proprietary materials without written permission.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in connection with the service ("Confidential Information"). This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BNR Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNR Plus and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
